Statement:
My work reflects who I am and where I come from. Hong Kong, memories of the butchered animals in the markets, the multitudes of maimed beggars, trash and human waste mingling with all other odors on the congested city streets... all emigrated with me to the U.S.A. When I translate these experiences from my subconscious into concrete, three-dimensional forms, I discover a dialogue of narratives, and this has become part of my art exploration.
